Grove, born from creator Rachael Dadd’s vision, brings together a network of community projects in collaboration to celebrate creativity, connection, and inclusion. At its heart, Grove nurtures community through joyful music, shared experiences, and creative expression, giving space for voices that are often unheard to be captured, shared, and celebrated through artistic practice.

Each Grove gathering blends musical offerings with opportunities for participation, reflection, and creation. From the powerful harmonies of the OAK Choir, the improvisation of MMILK (Mothers in Music), the playful energy of the BYOB Choir, and Beehive Singing Circle to the immersive performances of the Dovetail Orchestra, the events are designed to amplify community voices and conversations while fostering connection across generations and backgrounds.

Our gatherings extend beyond music. Seed planting and community garden projects allow attendees to engage physically and metaphorically in nurturing growth, while pop-up culinary experiences like a Syrian restaurant invite cultural exchange and shared storytelling through food. Creative spaces abound with a clothes swap featuring an in-house tailor, photography exhibitions, and workshops led by The Beehive Singing Circle, offering participants the chance to explore and express themselves in ways that reflect their unique voices and experiences.

Grove is a living, evolving celebration of music, creativity, and community, where artistic practice meets conversation, connection, and shared care — creating moments that inspire, include, and empower.

Grove is made possible through the creativity, care and commitment of a wide range of collaborators. From community singing groups and local musicians to facilitators, artists, gardeners and volunteers, each collaborator brings their own skills, experiences and perspective. Together, they help create inclusive spaces for music, conversation, creativity and connection, shaping Grove into a living, evolving community that listens, celebrates and grows with the people within it.
