Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure our attendees are clear on the process for refunds and cancellations.

Cancellation by Attendee: If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us as soon as possible. A full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellation by Grove: If we are forced to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns), all attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date.
